Stroynovatsiya, LLC, a subsidiary of Summa Group, is the only party eligible for the tender being held by the Administration of Civilian Airports (Airfields), FSUE (Federal State Unitary Enterprise), for the right to renovate the Vladikavkaz airport (North Ossetia).
According to the SPARK-Marketing system, Stroynovatsiya offered to do the work for 1,704,678,072.18 rubles, at an initial (maximum) purchase price of 1,843,220,770.88 rubles.
Four other companies also submitted tender bids: Caucasian Tunnel Construction Company, LLC (North Ossetia), with an offer of 1,588,209,384 rubles; Secondary Radar Systems CJSC (Moscow, 1,699,000,000 rubles); SoyuzdorNII State Road Research Institute, CJSC (Moscow, 1,677,938,727 rubles); and Aeroservice Light, LLC (Moscow, 1,606,155,252.80 rubles). But these companies' bids did not meet the requirements of the tender documentation.
The commission decided to declare the tender invalid and enter into a contract with the only party that met the terms for eligibility.
As has been previously reported, the maximum time frame for the renovation is 255 calendar days from the date of the construction contract, with a minimum of 191 days.
The renovation work at the Vladikavkaz airport includes repairs to the airfield pavement and the replacement of the light signaling equipment.
According to the SPARK-Interfax data bank, Vladikavkaz International Airport, OJSC was founded in June 1993, and 99.92% of the public company's shares belong to Rosimushchestvo (the Federal Agency for State Property Management).
Stroynovatsiya builds oil and gas industry facilities, transportation infrastructure, and industrial installations.
