Stroynovatsiya to Build Kyzyl-Kuragino Railway Line

The Summa Group company, Stroynovatsia, has won an open tender conducted by the Russian Federal Railway Transport Agency to design and build a railway line from Kyzyl to Kuragino. Its RUR 44.3 billion bid for the 147 km track beat applications from 7 other companies. The line is part of an investment project called “Construction of the Kyzyl-Kuragino Railway Line in Conjunction with the Development of Mineral Resources in the Republic of Tyva”...
