Наталья Чумаченко назначена на пост Вице-президента по управлению активами
Natalya Chumachenko has been appointed Summa Group's Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will begin her new position as of July 5, 2012. Leyla Mamedzadeh, who previously held the post, will head Summa Group's Engineering and Construction Division.
Ms. Chumachenko will be responsible for improving the Group's unified system for managing the Group's assets, as well as optimizing and standardizing key business procedures in those assets, with the direct assistance of the Vice Presidents of the relevant divisions. She will also oversee the operational performance indicators.

Ms. Chumachenko graduated from Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 1994 with a degree in Engineering Systems and Structures, and then completed a management degree in 2001 at Voronezh State University.
From 1999 to 2011 she held various positions at VimpelCom, OJSC and its subsidiaries. Since February 2011, she has served as VimpelCom's Executive Vice President of Mass Market Development in Russia.
