The GlobalElectroService company finished construction of a service power line of 10 kV as part of the construction of the second stage of the Eastern Siberia–Pacific Ocean oil pipeline system in the section 2891 - 3405 km.

According to the director of the project, Dmitry Tonchev, the facility was built ahead of schedule, and on March 30 voltage was supplied to the last section of the service power line. It is expected that in May 2012 the service power line will be approved by a state commission. JSC GlobalElectroService undertook the construction of a service power line of 10kV with a length of more than 500 km as a subcontractor. The cost of the facility is in the order of 2 billion rubles.

Construction of the second stage is being carried out in the Skovorodino district (Amur region) – SMNP (specialized oil-loading marine port) “Kozmino” (Primorsky territory) with a total capacity of up to 50 million tons per year with the simultaneous provision for expansion of the capacity of the pipeline system at the section of the oil pipeline Taishet – Skovorodino of up to 80 million tons per year. The construction of the oil pipeline at the section NPS “Skovorodino” – SMNP “Kozmino” (ESPO-2) will be carried out on the territories of the Amur and Jewish Autonomous regions and Khabarovsk and Primorsky territories. The approximate length of the pipeline will be about 2064 km.
