Президентом Группы «Сумма» назначен Владимир Каяшев

On October 7, Alexander Vinokurov left his post as President of Summa Group, which he held since August 2011. “Alexander set the right course for the Group and implemented an effective development strategy. Under his management, Summa Group carried out numerous important transactions and developed relationships with new structures. He is a talented and ambitious manager and I think that our cooperation between Summa and our companies will continue going forward,” said Chairman of the Board of Directors at Summa Group Ziyavudin Magomedov.

Under Alexander Vinokurov's management, Summa Group executed a number of major deals, including the acquisition of shares in FESCO and OJSC United Grain Company. Moreover, Vinokurov implemented an efficient corporate development strategies for the Group and its main assets. Alexander Vinokurov will continue to take part in a number of the Group's projects, including one of the key projects – the construction of the Bolshoy Zarubino Port in the Far East.

Vladimir Kayashev, who has experience in the transportation sector, has been appointed as President of Summa Group. From 2005 to 2011, he was the head of TPS Investment Company and the Vice President for Strategic Development at Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port. From 1995 to 2005, Mr. Kayashev was the head of Russky Generalny Bank.

Commenting on Vladimir Kayashev's appointment, Ziyavudin Magomedov noted that “Vladimir has a lot of experience that will be key to increasing the Group's operating performance and asset quality.”
