Группа «Сумма» и ФГУП «Росморпорт» заключили соглашение о сотрудничестве в рамках проекта «Большой порт Зарубино»

Summa Group and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosmorport have signed a cooperation agreement on the implementation of the Bolshoy Zarubino Port Project.
 
The Bolshoy Zarubino Project is to be implemented on an area in Primorsky Krai that is owned by Summa Group. It will be located 18km away from the Russian border with China. The port will include terminals for the transportation of grain, containers, Ro-Ro units, bulk cargo and other goods. The port’s turnover will amount to 60 million tons per year.
 
Summa Group will be responsible for the construction of terminals. FSUE Rosmorport plans to invest in related infrastructure, especially in hydraulic structures.
 
The declaration of intent to invest in the project, which is to be developed by Summa Group, will cover the set of issues related to establishing the order of cooperation between the two parties during the design and subsequent construction of the sea port, the organization of necessary sources of financing and the allocation of property rights between private investors and the Russian Federation with respect to port infrastructure after its completion.
