Магомед Магомедов становится совладельцем части активов Группы «Сумма»

 Magomed Magomedov, the brother of Summa Group's founder Ziyavudin Magomedov, is to become a co-owner of some of the companies that make up the group. The engineering division, telecommunications business, and assets related to Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port are at issue.

 

Legal formalization is currently being concluded for Magomed Magomedov's rights as a co-owner of these assets. The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service granted relevant applications in December 2013.
