Группа «Сумма» и «РАО ЭС Востока» построят две ТЭЦ в Приморском крае
“Investor Energy” LLC, an affiliated company of “Summa” Group, “RAO ES of the East” OJSC, the Primorsky Region Administration, the Ussuriysky Urban District Administration and the Nakhodkinsky Urban District Administration signed a letter of intent on implementation of construction projects regarding Ussuriyskaya and Nakhodkinska thermal power stations.
According to the document, “Investor Energy” LLC plans to implement construction project regarding Ussuriyskaya and Nakhodkinskaya thermal power stations in the Primorsky Region. The power capacity of two stations will amount to 740 MW (370 MW each). It is planned that Ussuriyskaya TPS will use coal, while Nakhodkinskaya TPS will use gas. Thestationsarescheduledtobebuiltin 2012-2015.
Alexander Vinokurov, First Vice President of Summa Group, says: “Having conducted the analysis, we came to the conclusion that there is a lack of generating capacities in the region. We presented our suggestions to the Primorsky Region Administration, as well as to the Ussuriysky Urban District Administration and the Nakhodkinsky Urban District Administration. Implementation of these projects will provide the consumers of the region with reliable electrical and heating supply. Moreover, itwillimprovetheecologyoftheregion”.

“RAO ES of the East” OJSC was established on July 01, 2008 as a result of the reorganization of RAO “UES of Russia” OJSC.
