Alexei Churakov

Alexei joined Summa Group Investment department in February 2012. In 2014 he was appointed as a Chief Investment Officer.

From 2007 to 2012 he held various roles in global investment banks Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley covering emerging markets (including Russia and CIS). He took part in M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions in a number of sectors, including transport and infrastructure, metals and mining, telecommunications and consumer sectors.

Prior to that he worked for Ernst & Young and Deloitte where he participated in corporate finance advisory and audit engagements for the largest Russian and international companies.

In 2005 Alexei graduated with distinction from Bauman Moscow State Technical University as an engineer in Computer Aided Design.
